Gender pay inequality remains a persistent and widely discussed issue across various professions and industries. I was curious about the extent that this issue affects the field of psychology as it is an industry that is quite significantly dominated by woman. This econometrics paper delves into the complex landscape of possible gender-based wage disparities within the realm of psychology.
