My paper is on the total cost of excluding the undocumented community within Utah from state and federal COVID-19 relief efforts and their implications. What was drawn was undocumented immigrants being denied from over a deserved $154 million in COVID-19 aid. These numbers were drawn from various sources, mostly policy institues and the American Community Survey.
