Activity among adults has decreased significantly due to the majority of the workforce having sedentary jobs. Implementation of daily exercise programs has been shown to improve overall health and wellness and reduce stress levels. Unfortunately, many people fail to obtain regular exercise due to its tediousness and lack of immediate results. We report on the development of an interactive health application and device that can be linked to stationary bicycles. The utilization of this application is proposed to overcome traditional deterrents persisting in a traditional exercise program. Using this application and device will motivate more individuals to be active daily.
